4-Hour Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Pure Swing, we understand that plans can change. To provide the best possible experience for all our guests and to manage our scheduling efficiently, we’ve implemented the following refund and cancellation policy for all bookings:

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 4 hours before your scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours will be charged a $10 fee. However, you may be allowed to reschedule once at our discretion, subject to availability.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.

3. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your booking. Your session time begins and ends at the scheduled time, regardless of when you arrive. Late arrivals may result in reduced play time and are not eligible for time extensions or partial refunds.

4. Exceptions

Exceptions to this policy may be made in cases of emergency or severe weather at our discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with your booking.

5. Group Bookings & Events

For group events, leagues, or parties, a separate cancellation policy may apply. Please refer to your event agreement or contact us for details.
