Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 4 hours before your scheduled booking time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no charge.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours will be charged a fee. However, you may be allowed to reschedule once at our discretion, subject to availability.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booking and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
